The requirement was to build a website that allows users to easily and effectively share their ideas with the world. TheIdeaLists.com also allows for companies to foster an environment of creativity among their employees.
We worked on this website from scratch using Rails. A significant requirement of the application was to make as much of the site easily editable by the client. We used a micro-CMS to retain flexibility while building the application – and achieve a high level of content “editability” at the same time
